_?_! is an independent, bi-annual publication that examines the interactions between fashion and global culture. Each issue is devoted to researching and discovering everyday 'fashion' objects, and attempts to rethink the notion of fashion: What is contemporary fashion? Where do these objects come from? How does fashion appropriate them?           Fashion always leaves traces. _?_! is interested in the stories behind the objects. The principle of this publication is borderless, which means that it integrates the different cultures of many regions. Each issue presents the history and culture of a number of regions closely related to the theme. It also focuses on the idea of objects being invented and designed, and on the conception of objects as elements in fashion brands. Enter the reading with a “?” and leave it with a “!”.           In addition, _?_! is committed to exploring new hybrid modes of publishing. In other words, each issue will be published according to its subject and content: a paper item, a printable PDF digital publication, or web-to-print.
